Well it's that time of the year again!! On October 6th CanberraCruises is turning 3.

This time we're going to celebrate it a little differently however, yes there will still be the sausage sizzle, the awesome cars, and the friendly people, but this time we're taking it further.

On Sunday 5th October, CanberraCruises will be firing up their engines and meeting at Shell Service Station at EPIC to begin the drive through Canberra to Black Mountain Peninsular. But this time we're doing it in the name of charity.

The Cancer Council ACT is a non government not-for-profit community organisation that aims to promote a healthier community by reducing the incidence and impact of cancer in the ACT region. The Council depends largely on the generosity of the ACT and surrounding community providing donations and supporting fundraising initiatives.

To raise money for The Cancer Council ACT we are opening our cruise up to ANY cars that wish to participate, all we are asking for is a gold coin donation. If you would like to donate more, that would be awesome. We will also have special CanberraCruises Charity Cruise stickers available for a slightly bigger donation.

Once at Black Mountain Peninsular we will be holding a Sausage Sizzle with again, all profits going straight to The Cancer Council ACT.

We are also hoping to have a raffle. If you're a business owner and would like to donate a prize please contact me.

If you are unable to attend this event but would still like to make a donation please click on the 'Donate to ACT Cancer' button in the menu on the left. We will be passing all funds donated to The Cancer Council ACT.
